The Sun is Good for Your Heart
As astrologers we know that the Sun rules Leo and the heart. It therefore follows that sunshine is good for heart health. Dermatologist Richard Weller has identified this as a scientific fact. He hasn’t isolated how much sunlight is good for you but do we need the Vitamin D it provides, amongst other things. There’s more UVB, which produces Vitamin D in the skin, beaming down at the equator, eg. Equador, Singapore and Kenya, but the further from the equator the less UVB rays you can get, even in summer. Makes me want to pick up my banana lounge and head for the sun.
Listen to Weller’s TED talk Could the sun be good for your heart? to be enlightend by his findings.
